We came together to help reach out -- to those in need worldwide.

Welcome to the Adirondack Friends of Refugees website.  Because you are here, we trust that you are a friend of refugees too.  Formed in 2016 in response to the Syrian refugee crisis, we are a diverse group of people who are discovering and uncovering the many ways we can support refugees in international settings, as well as here in the North Country, and elsewhere.  We hope you will explore the seeds we are planting in and among the pages of this website, plant a few of your own by joining the effort, and help us reap the harvest by reaching out a hand to our brothers and sisters from around the world.

Please navigate to any of our THREE REGIONAL PARTNERS or EVENTS by using the navigation buttons at the top of this page -

On those pages you'll find out how to help, how to participate, who to contact, and other resources for taking action.

Thank you for your activism and your compassion for our humanity in need.
